In the field of operating we always have your systems in view; in the area of support we assist you with helpdesk services; we manage rollouts; and we host your IT applications as needed.


During day-to-day operations, we take over the monitoring of networks, clarify errors, and coordinate their resolution. We also support IT infrastructures with different systems and their data servers or defined sub-areas. In addition, we monitor data communication in order to ensure appropriate data quality for evaluations and reports for the purposes of information management. If desired, we take care of the maintenance and administration of databases.


In the area of technical support, our competence lies in the creation and organization of helpdesk services, guaranteeing continuous operation by 1st to 3rd level support. We provide our own support for applications and services developed in-house as well as for specific customer projects, and are your reliable partner all the way to troubleshooting.


The technical inventory ensures that all the necessary information for planning is available before the rollout. We specify site surveys, monitor their implementation, and evaluate them. This procedure provides the foundation for the subsequent control and monitoring of all rollout processes, for example from staging, cabling, installation preparation, and pre-installation through to commissioning, and is an integral part of successful implementation management.


For project and customer-specific applications, we are happy to take over hosting for such things as information databases, project planning tools, or SharePoint installations. Depending on requirements, this can take the form of classic hosting or web hosting in our two dedicated data centers, which guarantee our customers a high level of fail-safe operation.
